Any 3D printer entering the 3D 360 workshop gets assigned its own unique case file. Initially the file contains make, model, serial number, printing hours, the printing issue, 3D 360 project number and a photographic condition report of the printer.
Each time your printer comes back to our workshop or the 3D 360 on site team come out to it, we update its case file and record any work undertaken. Our aim is to build up a comprehensive maintenance history for your 3D Printer in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations, much like your cars service history.
